Management Support
Altram’s regional Early Years Specialist team consists of three preschool early years support specialists and one Irish medium early years support specialist, who works with SureStart projects and other non-PSEP settings.
Our Early Years Specialist team provide Irish immersion support services to over 60 Irish medium early years settings across the North. The majority of this provision is situated in some of the most deprived wards across all Health and Social Care Trust areas. The expanse of provision includes new and less well-established settings and longstanding providers in both the statutory and voluntary sectors.
Quality Provision
The early years team promotes high quality provision and high level outcomes for children by:
- Delivering early years specialist support and targeted outreach early years support and advice where and as required

- Providing targeted high quality resources to support training and development needs including staff language packs, early years materials and ideas catalogues
